Bearwalker was inspired by our brewmaster Bailey’s Vermont roots. Pure maple syrup is infused during the conditioning phase, and is noticeable from start to finish. Chocolate malts add roasted notes to the flavor and aroma. It is also more highly hopped than most browns to create a balanced, yet complex brew.
A dark, full bodied stout with a peanut butter and chocolate malt aroma. Moderately sweet with peanut butter and chocolate malt flavours. Creamy notes soften roasted coffee flavoured qualities.
Cocoa and cinnamon are at the forefront. The coffee, nutmeg and vanilla follow, and the fruitiness and heat of the pasilla peppers come through nicely on the finish.
Magical natural process beans from the Konga region of Ethiopia lead the way in this beautiful coffee stout. This rare variety of coffee leads to aromas of sweet roastiness and flavors of blueberry pie. Lactose, or milk sugar, is added along with oats for a silky medium body and a lush finish.
Made with German Munich malt, English Pale malt, and Chocolate malt, and hopped with Perle and Saaz hops. To lighten the body, as many Mexican brewers do, we add a small portion of flaked maize. The result is a wonderfully bready malt aroma, balenced with some maize sweetness and a noble hop finish.

A space crafted double IPA, dry hopped three times, resulting in a cosmically aligned hop encounter. Which hops? Glad you asked. Citra, Mosiac, Simcoe, Mandarina Bavaria, Simcoe and (breath) Ekuanot. 2 Row, Carapils, Pilsen, Munich malts give this one a great backbone too.
Cosmic Turtle is our newest River Series Beer. We partnered with the Tennessee Aquarium and the Turtle Survival Alliance(TSA) to help the Aquarium save the turtles and keep them from going extinct. Made with blood oranges, a hop combo of Comet, Cascade, and Amarillo , and a touch on turtle love, this beer is out of this world. The beer gives a wonderful floral and citrus aroma with a nice balanced flavor. As our friends at the TSA say Drink Beer, Save Turtles!

This unfiltered double IPA is juiced up with massive tropical & citrus notes. The mild bitterness and relatively dry body compliment the style, and the residual maltiness nicely rounds it out. Lingering lime peel and tropical fruit derived from the hops stand out on the finish, begging one to seek out more.
